I've had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Pojoda in Vis multiple times, and each visit has been consistently outstanding. The amazing staff deserves a special mention – their warmth and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Their attentiveness and willingness to cater to your preferences enhance the overall dining experience. Their knowledge about the menu and willingness to offer recommendations make each visit memorable. Along with the delicious food and lovely ambiance in the fruit garden, the staff's dedication to providing exceptional service truly sets this restaurant apart. It's without a doubt my top choice for dining on Vis.

I’d sum-up this restaurant in one single word: “SUBLIME” ❤️ We arrived at the restaurant quite early “18:30” being quite hungry after a long day spent at the beach; the waiter, extremely kind, showed us a table under a tree outside ( really a beautiful and charming place ). We ordered a bottle of wine (Vugava Senjanovic) which was absolutely amazing.. I totally recommend you this white wine. As good we ordered octopus salad and 2 of the first quality fish ( S. Peter’s fish and Red scorpion fish); The octopus salad was perfectly prepared and delicious, the S. Peter…. I remained speechless how tasty it was.. touching the perfection in all ways; the red scorpion was perfect too.. long story short UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. We finished with a precious desert: carob cake ( I can’t forget that magnificent taste ) and the waiter did bring us also a rogacica shot to just comple this high tasty experience. The service was higher than my expectations, the food was absolutely delicious, the location perfect and the price did fit the quality of all. By my prospective this restaurant is the best in the island of Vis.

First of all overpriced. The service is not friendly at all and they just come at the beginning with no enthusiasm take an order and arriving once more just to bring the food. Food was plain, not bad at all but also nothing over average for this price. We ordered octopus balls which tasted like pastry with a fried fish and scorpion fish which was good but overpriced. They have 3 ranges of fish class but they of course offer you only first class.

Our favourite waiter Neo made the experience amazing , from presentation of the fish with his colleagues and relaxed communication with the guests. Everything is extremely relaxed and the house wine is just what you need with the amazing fish they serve. Not our first time here every time better than the last! All round an amazing experience!!

Our absolute favorite on the island of Vis! This time, we were transported back in time to the kitchen of the island's grandmother's as we savored traditional recipes from Vis. Insalata di seppia con fave, brudetto di sepia, pasta fazol, polpeti di polpo, accompanied by a wonderful white vino di casa...mmmmmmmh! Everything so flavorsome, on top of amazing service of our waiter Alen who made sure we felt very special!
